Blaenavon WPCA Youngstock Show

Dukeshill Princess Ziva won a large filly foal class and the section A foal championship.

Dukeshill Presley won the yearling colt class.

 

 

HOYS

DH Mini Mutters, owned and produced by the Burkin show team was one of only 2 ponies, and the only Welsh to qualify for both the M&M leading rein and first ridden.

She gave a beautiful show for both her jockeys, and finished in 6th place in the first ridden - the highest placed Welsh section A in this class.

Well done to all concerned!!

 

Glamorgan WPCA Foal Show

DH Gloria won a strong filly foal class and was section A champion foal.

 

Llanafan Show

Magnum had a day out and won the section A championship and went on to be supreme champion of show.

Scottish All Welsh Show

DH Darcy returned home to be champion and silver medal winner for his owner Stephen Murphy.

DH Pandora won the yearling class

 

Pembroke County Show

Nantdywyll Penaig won a strong stallion class and was res champion section A

 

 

Lampeter Show

DH Dancing Digger won the yearling class and was section A champion.

 

The WPCS International Show

DH Darcy was third in the stallion class with his full brother Dotcom coming sixth.

 

Royal Welsh

With the weather staying dry and a wonderful new surface in the main ring led to a great week at the Royal Welsh, with the ponies gaining some fabulous results!

All Dukeshill ponies shown stayed in the ring for final judging.

Dukeshill Philosopher owned by Mrs Radford and produced by the Idyllic Stud won the yearling colt class

Nantdywyll Penaig was third in the junior stallions.

DH Darcy was fourth in the senior stallion class

DH Presley, Pandora, Meringue, Penny Arcade and Georgia on my Mind all finished in the rosettes.

Returning Home

We are pleased to have been able to buy back DH Penny From Heaven

While in Holland at the "Stal New Challenge" Penny was shown with success including: WPCV Veeningen show: 1st place, youngstock champion Section A and overall reserve youngstock champion, and Hengelo regional show: first premium youngstock champion Section A.

 

 

 

Sire Ratings

Both DH Magnum and DH Darcy figure in the 2010 sire ratings. Magnum is again in the top five consolidating his position as one of the countries leading sires!
